Kiseon Park (Principal lawyer)
Kiseon Park is the principal lawyer at Insight Legal and Migration Services.
Kiseon commenced her legal career in 2018 after working as a registered migration agent since 2013. Kiseon has experience in multiple areas of law – Migration, Family, Commercial and Victims of Crime’s assistance/court proceedings. Holding dual law degrees in South Korea and Australia, Kiseon brings unique problem-solving skills to her practice. Her comprehensive understanding of legal systems and cultural nuances allows her to provide tailored solutions to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Throughout her career, Kiseon has made significant contributions to reputable law firms in Perth and Melbourne, where she has played integral roles in complex immigration cases and legal proceedings. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and client advocacy has resulted in countless successful outcomes and lasting relationships.
Kiseon is a working mum with a husband and two children. In her down time, she enjoys binge-watching TV series and taking long strolls in Melbourne’s leafy eastern suburbs.
Sang Bin Park (Principal RMA)
Sang Bin PARK is a highly experienced registered migration agent who is specialised in Employer Sponsored visas, Skilled Migration, Temporary Skilled visas, Complicated Student visas, Merit Review applications and Family sponsored visas.
Thanks to practicing in the field of Australian Migration for almost two decades, his assistance is sought by clients from all over Australia (Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, ACT, Tasmania and Western Australia) and overseas countries, especially South Korea and the Philippines.
His studies in electronic engineering and his professional experience in IT and commerce equipped him with a logical approach to understanding and synthesizing information about clients’ education, employment, family, and previous visa histories. He strongly believes that each case demands tailored solutions or a unique pathway to achieve the desired outcomes. Sang Bin is married with three young children. He loves nature and enjoys travelling and camping with his family. In his downtime, he plays video games or watches Netflix with his children.
Robert Guzman (Lawyer)
Robert Guzman is a migration lawyer who has been practicing as a solicitor in multiple areas of law, including but not limited to criminal defence, community legal services and victims of crime ‘VOCAT’. Robert grew up abroad in a Spanish-speaking household (parents are both Chilean nationals) and travelled to many different cultures. Having lived in India, Hong Kong, and Spain, he was exposed to many walks of life.
Due to the richness of his cultural experience, Robert is driven by curiosity which propels him forward to reach formidable goals; as such, you will feel confident in his resilience and stylistic advocacy skills.
