- The visa holders are allowed to change approved sponsors without losing the accumulated employment period meeting the 2-year requirement to have worked in the nominated occupation as a 482 visa holder.
- 1) the period of ceasing to work in the nominated occupation extended to 180 consecutive days at once and 2) the accumulated period cannot exceed 365 days during the visa period for the visa holder’s visa
